♡ SHIPPING ♡

Due to COVID- 19 some packages might take more time for processing and shipment. Most orders ship within three days but please allow up to 10 days for processing. Your patience is greatly appreciated and thank you for your support during this time. 

♡RETURNS♡

Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order please contact me. 

♡TRACKING ♡

Orders will be shipped with tracking and therefore a tracking fee is including in shipping and handling. The tracking number will be sent via sms or email once your order has been processed. 

♡PACKAGE LIABILITY♡

Artistic Verve is in no way liable for lost or stolen packages once processed by the postal service. If you are concerned about your order please contact us prior to purchase so that tracking can be arranged. 

♡COMMISSIONS♡

*Commissions are currently closed.*  I am typically open to commissions that fit into my style, interest, and availability. Commission payments are split into two payments, one non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve commission spots and the remainder upon completion. To review commission pricing and guidelines feel free to contact me for a statement. 

♡AVAILABLE WORKS♡

Due to the shipping cost, larger-scale works are only available via local pick up until further notice. For local pickup use the code LOCALSONLY to deduct shipping costs. To view all of my original art pieces that are available for print production and some original sales, visit my portfolio.
